Many people are a little insecure about moving the Christmas food out on the grill. In this course you will be introduced to different ways of grilling duck, roast pork, red cabbage, potatoes, risalamande m.m. The course focuses on both traditional and creative innovation.
We start with a small welcome and a tour of Endrupgård, where you see the barbecue production and our Mjød brewery.
The participants are divided into teams, each of which will be assigned a workstation inside and a barbecue outside.
As the various dishes are finished, we eat together the food that has been made. We have provided a good atmosphere, beer and wine.
When we are done, everyone has hopefully had a lovely afternoon, with lots of tips, tricks and creative input for the Christmas food.
The course is on November 28 from kl. 12-17.
The course takes place at our property “Endrupgård” in Fredensborg.
The maximum number of participants is 20 people.
