A GOOD PIZZA DOUGH IN ONLY 1.5 HOUR WITH HOMEMADE TOMATO SAUCE

A good pizza dough in only 1.5 hour

  • 25 g yeast
  • 7 cups flour +. dl flour to sprinkle on the table
  • 2. cups warm water (under 37 degrees)
  • 2 tbsp. beer
  • 1 tbsp. salt

Procedure

Take ¼ cup water and mix in the yeast. Dissolve the yeast and then add 2-3 tbsp. flour and stir well. Place a cloth over the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Mix then the rest of the water, flour, salt and beer into the bowl. Knead the dough thoroughly to a smooth homogeneous consistency. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and place them on a platter. Put a cloth and leave to rest for at least 1 hour.

Sprinkle a little flour on the table and roll the balls out to a very thin pizza crust. It may be advantageous to move the pizza dough on baking paper before topping the pizza, because it makes it much easier to move the pizza from the grill or in the oven when it is to be baked.

Start spreading tomato sauce over the pizza and then the sky is the limit to what you can put on your pizza.
