Uniq's cutting board
JensenGrill has designed a unique cutting board. We’ve all tried cutting a roast only to have the juices start running down onto the table. That’s no longer a problem. The board has a hole so the juices run down into a tray underneath it. The hole is designed with a small spout so the juices drip off.
Flip the board over, and you have a smooth surface that can be used for cutting vegetables or other items. When you are finished, pull the tray halfway out and scrape the cut items into the tray.
The cutting board is made of oiled teak wood. Its dimensions are 58 x 32 x 3 (cm).
The drip tray and holder are made of SS304 (A2) stainless steel, so they can be kept outdoors.
