Description
This course gives you all the knowledge you need to cook the perfect pizza on your JensenGrill. You will learn and how to make the different kinds of pizza dough depending on what you like. We make snack pizzas, traditional pizzas, dessert pizzas.
We will tell you about many of the different kinds of pizza stones and baking trays on the market.
A pizza is the perfect way to empty your fridge. With a few tricks, you can make great pizzas out of almost anything.
We start with a small welcome and a tour of Endrup Farm, where you see the barbecue production and our mead brewery "UNDERFUNDIG".
Participants are divided into teams, each of which is assigned a workstation inside and a barbecue outside.
As the different pizzas are finished, we eat the food together. We provide good atmosphere, beer and wine.
When we're done, hopefully everyone will have had a great afternoon, with lots of tips, tricks and creative input to make the best pizza on you JensenGrill.
The course is aimed at those who have a JensenGrill and those who are considering acquiring a JensenGrill.

The course will be held on 30 April 2023, 12-16.30.
The course takes place at our property "Endrupgård" in Fredensborg.
The maximum number of participants is 18 persons.
