At www.jensengrill.com, we reserve the right to refuse your order in the event of incorrect pricing on the site, or if an ordered item is out of stock or removed from shelves. We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. JENSENGRILL A/S accepts payment by Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and MasterCard. Payment will not be deducted from your card until the ordered goods have been dispatched. All prices are in euro (€) or Danish kroner and include VAT. The electronic payment system in the JENSENGRILL webshop is secure and encrypted.
At www.jensengrill.com we do what we can to dispatch orders received within 5 working days. We ship hundreds of units every year, which requires knowledge of international trade and legislation. Within the first two years from the date of delivery of your product, JENSENGRILL gives you the right to file complaints regarding workmanship and material defects. This does not cover defects or damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or alterations. In the event of a defective product, JENSENGRILL will offer to repair, replace or credit the product. Consumer rights apply in accordance with applicable laws. You have the right to return an item due to material defects or product defects. You can have the product repaired, replaced, refunded or get a price reduction depending on the specific situation. You do not have the right to return goods due to problems or defects resulting from mishandling of the goods. You must notify us of a problem or defect within a reasonable time of discovering it. JENSENGRILL A/S will cover the return costs if they are deemed reasonable.
In order to receive a refund, you must provide your bank and account details in your complaint. It is safe to transmit this information in an email or other electronic means, as it is not confidential and will only be used by us to process the transaction.
We have a 14-day return policy for items purchased from our online store. The 14-day period starts when you: - Receives the item - Receives the last item in an order where some items are shipped separately - Receives the last part of an order when an item is shipped as multiple shipments - Receives the first item when there is an agreement for regular delivery of an item over a period of time Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer. To return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and let us know. This message must be sent by e-mail - go to contact. In the message you must indicate that you wish to return the item. The product(s) must be packed in the original packaging made for safe shipment and transport. Please note that you cannot return an item by simply refusing to accept the package without notifying us. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery
To make use of our return policy, you must return your order without undue delay and no more than 14 days after you have notified us that you want to do so. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is payable by you. You are also responsible for packing the item(s) properly. You are responsible for the goods from the time of delivery until we receive the return shipment. We do not accept packages sent COD. You are only liable for a decrease in the value of a good if you have used it more than is necessary to determine its characteristics and how it is used. In other words, you can try the item just as you would in a physical shop. If the item has been used more or in other ways than described above, it is considered used. This means that you may only get a partial refund or no refund at all when you return the item, depending on the condition of the item at the time of return. In other words: To be eligible for a full refund, you must try the item without actually starting to use it.
If you return an item, we'll refund the money you paid for it. If the value of the item has decreased and you are responsible for it, the decrease in value will be deducted from the refund. When you return an item, we will refund all costs, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred as a result of you not using the cheapest available delivery option), without undue delay and no more than 14 days after the day we received your notice to return the item. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used when you paid for the goods, unless you have specifically requested a different method. We reserve the right to delay a refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided proof of delivery.
The terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all sales of products/services (delivery) from JENSENGRILL. Unless otherwise stated in a separate document which has been explicitly accepted by JENSENGRILL.
