Description
This course gives a really good and versatile introduction to the grill, and everything you can do on a JensenGrill. It is aimed at those who have a JensenGrill, those who want to try a JensenGrill or just those who love barbecue food. You will see and learn how the grill can be used with a combination of charcoal and gas, as a smoker and with charcoal alone. We will cook fish and meat with a variety of accompaniments and a fantastic dessert on the grill. You will learn about different types of coals, options for making smoke and how to use the functionality of the grill to achieve the perfect result.
We start with a small welcome and a tour of Endrup Farm, where you will see the barbecue production and our mead brewery "UNDERFUNDIG".
In the course you will be divided into teams of 2-3 people, each assigned their own workstation inside and a grill outside.
As the various dishes are finished, we eat together the lovely food that has been prepared. We have provided good atmosphere, beer, mead and wine.
When we're done, hopefully everyone will have had a great afternoon, with lots of tips, tricks and creative input to take home.
The course is aimed at those who have a JensenGrill and those who are considering acquiring a JensenGrill.

The course takes place at our property "Endrupgård" in Fredensborg.
