Description
This course focuses on fish, seafood and mussels. You will see and learn how to use the grill with a combination of charcoal and gas, as a smoker and with charcoal alone. You'll grill large prawns, whole fish, scallops, mussels, squid, etc. When all of this is cooked, you use the grill's functions.
We start with a small welcome and a tour of Endrup Farm, where you will see the barbecue production and our mead brewery "UNDERFUNDIG".
When we have a barbecue, you have 2 people at each workstation inside where the food is prepared and then you also have a barbecue outside.
As the different dishes are finished, we eat together the food that has been made. We have provided good atmosphere, beer, mead and wine.
When we're done, hopefully everyone will have had a great afternoon, with lots of tips, tricks and creative input to take home.
The course is aimed at those who have a JensenGrill and those who are considering acquiring a JensenGrill.
